Conference of the European Network on Gender Violence
The European Observatory on Femicide (EOF) presented at the conference of the European Network on Gender and Violence
The European Network on Gender and Violence is a network of over 400 researchers from different disciplines and countries. It supports exchange and collaboration among scholars and professionals who address violence, gender, violence prevention and related issues.
The EOF participated in the conference and presented a poster on the structure of the Observatory. In addition to this, a separate side meeting was held by advisory board member Prof Dr Monika Schröttle on the topic of data collection in Europe. The meeting was utilised to further the networking in the area of femicide prevention. During the meeting discussions were held about the development of a data collection system for the EOF.
